Following my coverage of the Greenhouse Gas Forum last month, I received a call from a fundraiser for one of the Democratic candidates asking me to put my money where my mouth was and fashion a "green transportation proposal" for the candidates. I’m way behind on getting this done, but I still hope to wrap it up this week.
