This past November, LA County voters approved Measure R by 67.93%. Measure R provided a ½ sales tax increase that will raise up to $40 billion for transportation projects in Los Angeles County.

What should be the implementation priorities for Measure R funded projects? How will that be reflected in the Long Range Transportation Plan before the Metro Board on January 22?

How will the State of California factor into our transportation future, if at all?
How do we get Sacramento on the bus or out of the way?

Will President Obama’s economic stimulus package make a difference for LA County transportation?
How should we work to make a difference in the Federal Transportation Reauthorization process?
