We just wanted all of you to be aware of the up coming community meetings regarding the Figueroa Corridor Living Streets project. you will be amazed at what our design team (Gehl architects from Denmark, Melendrez and Troller Meyer) is proposing for Figueroa street from 7th st to MLK, 11st st from Fig. to Broadway and MLK from Fig to Vermont.

Come and see for yourself, we need all the support that we can get to make these ideas a reality. watch out new york, Los Angeles is fast upon your heels.

So be there 6 – 8 pm February 8th at FIDN or 4 – 7 pm Thursday Feb 10th at Expo center. s

if we want to change the perception and reality of our streets in Los Angeles and make truly living streets, then we must be a part of this effort. as we always say, it takes a village.
