Game Changer: L.A. Walks to Dodgers Game

Join us for the most rewarding walk of the summer. We’re taking on the walkability of Dodger Stadium!

We’ll be walking from the Chinatown Gold Line up to Dodger Stadium along the way we’ll be joined by guest speakers and explore some of the issues that keep Angelenos from taking transit and walking to home games.

We’ll help document some of the ways accessing the stadium could be made better and help showcase how easy it is to go Metro and walk to a game.

We’ll reward ourselves by enjoying the game from the ALL YOU CAN EAT section of the stadium. The Dodgers will be taking on the San Diego Padres on August 16th. This walk is as much about improving the walkability to the stadium as it is eating and watching baseball, it will be a fun evening out for the whole family, cheering for the hometeam!

After the game we’ll lead folks back to Chinatown. Participants can also take the Metro Dodger Express to Union Station or walk to Sunset Blvd to catch the bus.

Walk ticket price includes cost of Dodger All You Can Eat Section Ticket ($30) + Donation to support LA Walks that is = the gameday price of parking at Dodger Stadium ($15).
