Big Blue Bus “Ask Me Anything” on Reddit

Since the news broke that Big Blue Bus is going to start accepting TAP cards, our riders have had a lot of questions about how, exactly, it is all going to work.
The idea of doing a Reddit AMA came about after some riders expressed interest in a suggestion posed by BBB staff over social media about holding a live Q&A session. We wanted to try it out here on the Santa Monica sub-reddit and prioritize answering questions related to the TAP rollout.
We’ll have the following folks on hand to answer questions
- Suja Lowenthal, Government & Community Relations Manager for Big Blue Bus
- Eric Sink, Chief Financial Officer for Big Blue Bus
- Robin O’Hara, Director, TAP Technical Systems.
