Calling All Writers…LA Streetsblog Needs Your Help

I’m going to be out of town from Thursday, October 9, until Tuesday October 14 and won’t have Internet access.  In the past, we’ve featured a series of opinion pieces and personal stories to help fill the gap in my absence.  Some of those stories have included a transportation engineer’s first trip to the Staples Center, a pastor’s views on the spirituality of biking and a lesson on why congestion is good by LACBC Board Member Kent Strumpell.

While LA Streetsblog is always happy to accept work by readers, just check out the first two days of this week, I really like to give all of you new material every weekday, so if you have something new to say on Measure R, want to share a story from your bike commute or anything else related to transportation in Los Angeles, please drop me a line at damien@streetsblog.org.
