Tell Gov. Brown and DOGGR to Ban Fracking

In September 2013, Governor Brown signed Senate Bill 4, a bill that requires the Department of Conservation, Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) to issue regulations governing fracking. DOGGR is holding hearings on the proposed regulations around the state. Written comments will be accepted until January 16, 2014.

We are holding a rally to protest the concept that fracking can be done safely. WE WANT TO BAN THIS PROCESS, NOT REGULATE IT!

Fracking must be banned to protect our health, our climate, and California’s air, water, wildlife, and economy.

WHEN: Rally Starting at 2:00 pm
Public Comment from 3-7pm

WHERE: CSULB Auditorium
1212 Bellflower Boulevard
