This ‘toon seemed appropriate on a day when oil prices set another record and presidential candidate John McCain called on Congress to suspend the federal gasoline tax (which would also hasten the depletion of the U.S. Highway Trust Fund, currently expected to be out of money next year). Wonder if these guys drink Miller?
